Falsurile în înscrisuri – infracțiunile „vintage” mereu „la modă”
Forgery of documents – "vintage" crimes always "fashionable"

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the meanings of the words "false" and "inscribed" in romanian language, being easy to observe that precisely the contradiction between them reflects the danger to the protected values and social relations. Some considerations are presented about the importance of the documents in our life and some of the reasons why forgery of documents continue to tempt the wrongdoers, showing who has suffered from them and how they are objectified. Finally, a new topic, namely fake news, is brought into discussion, which we can claim is the challenge of the future for the authorities.
