Summary/Abstract: The theme of this research is the analysis of communication in the instructive-educative process, through the observation of the verbal behaviour of the teachers, but also through the evaluation of the information for different types of their messages. The research was a transversal one, with a population sample of 16 classes from two schools in Sibiu, from the first to the eighth grade and a number of 62 teachers of Sibiu. The methods of research used were: the observation, The Questionary For The Evaluation Of The Didactic Communicativity, The Questionary For The Evaluation Of The Didactic Competence, Massachusetts Teachers Test and the content analysis. In order to develop a mathematical model of the communication, the communicational profiles of the teachers were compared. The concept of best information ratio was introduced for a class/grade and this concept was used to differentiate between various types of lessons for the secondary school.
