Summary/Abstract: The industrial sociology is more necessary because in the social experience carried out until 1989, industrialization was a subject of the whole social project, as an ensemble. The critical reexamination of the whole project changes the industrial sociology into a qualified form of critical reflection on the entire society. This paper is starting from the premise of the identity crisis of social sciences, promoted by the contents of contemporary changings, amplified through the specificity of the transition time our country is passing.
