Czech Private Law at the Beginning of the Third Millennium

Summary/Abstract: Epoch-making discoveries in various spheres of hu­man thinking, accompanied with reassessment of all previous knowledge, create an image of the current era at the beginning of the third millennium. Labeling it, we often use words like modernity, post-modernity or others. The quantum era of information that has arisen from the field of technical research, namely of the computer science, conquered a considerable part of modern thinking and it seems that there is no sphere of human activity left without its influence.
