Summary/Abstract: The successful development of the insurance company in the modern world depends on many factors, including the in-depth knowledge of specific features of the human resources management system. The main purpose of this article is to analyze key characteristics of the content and structure of the human resources management system in an insurance company and to outline features that are important for the effective personnel recruitment, training and motivation. Functional specifics of the main components (internal and external) of the human resources of the insurance company are presented and the focus is on the current regulatory requirements for insurance intermediaries. The basic elements of the human resources management system of the insurance company are analyzed.
