Summary/Abstract: Measurement is a phenomenon that human beings use in their daily life with or without realization. It is a fact that measurement is used not only by human beings but also by animals. Scientific studies show that a metric measurement is made in finding the shortest path in the ant colony problem, which is one of the operational research problems. What is this measurement that humans and animals always do? Are measuring, weighing and counting the same thing? What do we measure with what? What is the process of measuring whether the weather is rainy by looking at the clouds or looking at the whining of the knees of someone with rheumatism in their knees? What measure is there for economists or some decision-makers to wait for the appropriate time or space to explain an important decision. What is the purpose of ordering people to show sensitivity in scale and scale in the sacred texts? Where does the measure stand in the concepts of law, justice and equality? These and similar questions show how important it is to measure.
