Summary/Abstract: The emphasis of change for today emphasizes the need for leadership in the change management process, emphasizing the need to create a new system and institutionalize new approaches. When the success of change management depends on leadership, the concepts of leadership and change need to be integrated. The aim of this study is to analyze the transformational leadership literature, which expresses the ability or power that is essentially necessary for successful change, by establishing a parallel between change and leadership literature.
