Summary/Abstract: The research was conducted in Gemlik variety trees in Kemalpaşa, which belongs to the Olive Research Institute, in order to determine the effects of nitrogen and potassium applications to be applied in different doses in gemlik olive cultivar on fruit yield, leaf and fruit in macro and micro nutrient content. Trial Coincidence parcels 5 doses of nitrogen (0, 200, 400, 600, 800, 900), K; It was established in 3 doses (0, 300, 400) with 3 repetitions and one tree in each repetition, 54 trees, and leaves and fruit samples were taken each month and analyzed. JMP 11 statistics package program was used in statistical analysis. When the results are evaluated, there is no difference in yield between two years, but in the economic evaluation, the increase in the yields of the N200K300, N400K300 and N800K0 doses is satisfactory. P, K, Ca, Mg and Mn in leaves; N, Cu and B are important in fruit. It is recommended to analyze the nutrients in the soil on the leaves and fruits and to make a long-term fertilization program due to the situations in which the plant cannot benefit.
