LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE NOTION OF DESIGN AND INDUSTRIAL MODEL

Summary/Abstract: As it can be seen from the title, we propose to make a brief foray into the intellectual property sphere, approaching the concept of drawing and industrial model, because one of the most important contributions made by man, usually, in his own creations. Basically, every moment is dictated by new impulses that models the society, step by step, creating finished products that reinvent themselves at different time intervals. This metamorphosis is vital for any society in development, for any society which may want to be considered contemporary, valid at an international level.
