Summary/Abstract: The present paper is exploring a theoretical perspective raised by the analysis of some elements of a new Russian doctrine (called here conventionally, as ”Great Russia”, just to distinguish it from other doctrines and paradigms, assumed or not by Russia). The ”Aryan” term is used here in a historical, archeological meaning, of”ancient civilization previous to Neolithic age”, as scientific researchers from Cambridge University revealed. The “conflict between civilizations” paradigm involves also, the dimension of a geopolitical combat for power regarding Europe. Within the framework of this strategic competition for projecting the power regarding Europe and also, for justifying claims of civilization legitimacy, claiming the ethno-genetic and state origins in the oldest civilization of Europe, such as the Carpathian-Danube one presents for Russia, under Putin’s mandate, the gain of a strategic advantage as great power regarding both its close vicinity and the Europe in general. Russian nationalism, as a geopolitical trend in full ascension on the political stage of Putin’s Russia, that cannot be neglected or diminished, as one would like, must be studied from the perspective of the ascension of the new doctrine, different from the Eurasian one, called here conventionally, as “Magna Russia”. In the present article we are trying to briefly explore some of the strategic dimensions offered to Russia by its ethno-genetic and state relation to what it is called “the originary population from Carpathian mountains” (or the ancestors of the oldest civilization from Europe, the originary civilization, with the center on Carphatian-Danube River). Russia is considering itself, as state and as nation, to be derived from this population of the Carpathian Mountains-Danube area, that founded the Neolithic civilization named “Carpathian-Danubian”, as the first civilization of the whole Europe. The civilizational combat for asserting Russia as a great European power is based on the proto-Roman civilization that is the Carpathian-Danubian-Black Sea space, as an area of civilization previous to the Latin community regarded as one derived from this ancient civilization. Russia is renewing its position, according to an intelligent way, within such geostrategic game based on referrals to the history, by initiating a nationalist type of doctrine having as base the Danubian civilization as proto-Roman, Neolithic one, from which other types of cultures came, later on (as the ancient Rome).
