Summary/Abstract: At the end of 2017, we had the opportunity to study these objects for the first time, in the context of the new exhibition project Traces of the Past – Maria and dr. George Severeanu Collection organized at the George Severeanu Museum. Today, it can be visited in its composite form, as a collection of archaeological objects, in which there are also pieces belonging to the Iron Age. Out of this series of objects, we chose to talk about two composite objects with ivy leaf pendants, one in the shape of the lunula and another one in the shape of the ivy leaf, together with other three pairs of hoops with pendants in the shape of a miniature axe, objects that ensures the transition to the Roman period. Therefore, we consider that our analysis is a useful step in determining the characteristics, typology and chronology of each object conditioned by its unique, distinctive feature. In this paper we are also presenting the results of our X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyses, which was carried out on these silver objects, with the main goal to understand the technological and stylistic differences.
