Scientific research in Romania in the years 2016-2017 reflected on issues published in international journals

Summary/Abstract: Developments in the field of culture and science must be known. Recognition by the community of specialists and, as a consequence of public opinion as a whole, can only benefit the cultured or scientist with better visibility, particularly through publications, from scientific works to literary works, therefore, the importance of communication techniques. The free flow of information in the context of globalization requires us to make our culture known, including science, internationally. Countless creations have to break national barriers and enter the heritage of universal values. And this can be done by ensuring a good international visibility. In this context the paper proposes to analyze the scientific research activity in Romania in the period 2016–2017.
