Summary/Abstract: The new millennium has brought new dilemmas, challenges as well as problems. As far as the library activities are concerned, they are reflected in an attempt to define relationships and perceptions of mass media, computer and digital technology as well as the Internet. Theorists have tried to provide answers to some of the dilemmas and to offer answers about current relationship as well as in what relationship should be books and the internet or e-books and classical books. However, responses did not reach some librarians or perhaps they were not quite clear? The existence of confusion is evident and therefore we have a lack of knowledge in practice!
