Summary/Abstract: At the European level the most important preoccupations referring to penalresponsibility of the companies are found in the European Council and EuropeanUnion. Due to this the Minister Committee of the European Council in time hasapproved a long series of recommendations and resolutions that refer to the penalresponsibility of the companies.
