Summary/Abstract: Roma people are considered one of the most discriminated ethnic category from Romania. Consequently, many programs developed by the NGO sector have this category as their target group. Money is spent, local authorities are involved, public debates on this topic took place: which are the results of this active campaign? The article tries to evaluate these results for a particular Romanian community.
