Summary/Abstract: Life has shown that the overall progress of society is inextricably linked to theimprovement of our territory and local governments, which favor rational public investment location across the country, the harmonious development ofdifferent areas and localities. EU states are characterized by diversity in terms of territorial organization,which is reflected in the organization of public administration.
