Summary/Abstract: Science dealing with the study of human creation perfect or perfect, far exceeded social barriers and current legal regulations, laws remain after medical discoveries. It is our obligation, sociologists, doctors and lawyers not least of that together to outline the boundaries and limits to which man can act using his skills in the art of medicine. It is very difficult indeed, like when you have the ammunition handy not to use it and I closed a "Pandora's box" Knowing that we can disregard the limits to self-destruction.
