Summary/Abstract: A vast literature convincingly reveals the efforts made in this area to understand how profound and comprehensive anti-social behavior of the offender. These efforts are duplicated, but from those taken to punish offenders, but especially for rehabilitation and reintegration into society. Legal psychology and criminology, as well as general and social psychology, it operates with the concept of personality, a multidisciplinary construct. The concept of personality encompasses the essence of man as subject and object of socio-historical process, a system of attributes biopsychosocial structures, behavioral, temperamental, of character, personal values related to the social, ordering a person.
