Summary/Abstract: Premises limitation of ownership resulting from art. 555 par. l New Civil Code which, in its final part, states that ownership is exercised within the limits determined by law, plus the provisions of art. 44, para 1 sentence he II of the Constitution, according to which content and limits of ownership are established by law. The new civil code limits distinguish between material and legal boundaries of ownership, the latter being classified by legal, judicial conventional boundaries and limits. One of the limits is the legal right of way.
