The procedure for verifying the interim evaluation in the civil service

Summary/Abstract: Ensuring a high level of performance of tasks in the public administration is correlated with the requirement to subject its employees to interim evaluations. The amendments to the Polish Civil Service Act result in the fact that the issue of interim evaluations of members of the civil service corps is still relevant. In the following presentation, the author draws attention to the concerns that arise in the context of the Polish Civil Service Act in terms of the procedure for disputing the interim evaluation by a member of the civil service corps.
