Summary/Abstract: This paper discusses the status of the youth in the Republic of Macedonia within the legal system and in the practice, as well as their values and priorities. It is based on a presentation of the data from several researches conducted in Macedonia in the past few years that deal with this issue. The paper focuses on the basic problems of the young generation, their priorities in life, as well as their perspectives and expectations.
