Summary/Abstract: This text presents considerations regarding control follow-up for persons who have a security clearance, the proceeding being aimed at verifying whether the said person still guarantees the confidentiality of secret information. As part of this proceeding, a person who is subject to a control review procedure is subject to restrictions on some of his or her rights and freedoms, in particular the right to protect information concerning him or her. The aim of the considerations is to present the control proceedings conducted against persons possessing security clearance, in the context of protection of the rights of the individual concerned.
