Summary/Abstract: The paper aims at discussing the results of implementation of The Global Compact for Safe Orderly and Regular Migration, document prepared under the auspices of the UN and signed by many states in December 2018 in Morocco. The discussion enters into the wider phenomenon of migration and intentional change. It focuses, however, on the formation of the “mobile man”, as I name him/her, prepared for constant mobility required by global economy.
