Summary/Abstract: Renewable energy sources are becoming increasingly popular worldwide and by developing wind energy sector. For qualifications of the technological learning in vocational education and training (ex Technician electro / electro) is necessary to address the value of competence by students to form their attitudes on design strategies,construction methods, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of various electrical / electromechanical, such as motors and generators, computers, alarms, etc., so as to meet the requirements of energy efficiency; students can also be designed and implemented schemes mounting installations. Addressing alternative technologies within the curriculum for vocational and technical education can be achieved gradually, starting from introducing students to the world of green technologies and sustainable development to discovery learning effects on society, for the chance to solve problems in the real world based experiments conducted in school. Workforce training through specialized education, social order must respond in full agreement with the findings of science and technology.
