European Neighborhood Policy

Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the European Neighborhood Policy, a project launched by the European Union in order to prevent a new political curtain in Europe. In its geopolitical dimension, this project aims neighbors’ relationship strengthening, through strategies and agreements. In the latest years the need for policies of this kind its more urgent, as the enlargement process evolved and among the new neighbors will be former Soviet republics.
