Abusive clauses – particularities in challenge to enforcement proceedings

Summary/Abstract: Challenge proceedings where claimants seek the annulment of abusive clauses contained in the contract that represents the enforceable title present some particularities that derive from both European law but also from the latest amendments brought to the Romanian procedural code. These issue together with specific elements characteristic to abusive clauses are the object of the present study.
