Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to explore the legal remedies for engaging civil tort for bad faith in negotiations. In this scope, we shal analyse the difference between contractual and noncontractual negotiations, and identify cases in which the civil tort of a negotiating party can be withheuld for manifesting bad faith during negotiations; also, we shall identify the obligation that a negotiating party has and the ways in which this obligations can be broken. In this scope we shall explore relevant doctrine and case law.
