Summary/Abstract: This article is the first publication of the collection of Early Byzantine marble products from Tauric Chersonesus stored in the State Historical Museum (Moscow). It includes several capitals, fragments of chancel barriers and other interior elements. Objects from the State Historical Museum are compared with the large collection of marbles located in the State Historical and Archaeological Museum—Reserve “Tauric Chersonesus” (ancient Chersonesus, modern Sevastopol). The article gives an idea of the scale and nature of the import of marble from Byzantine Prokonnessian workshops into Chersonesus, mainly in the second half of the 5th and in the 6th centuries.
