Summary/Abstract: Starting from the analysis of the crime of murder regulated by Article 188 and Article 189 of the Romanian Criminal Code, the article presents and analyzes the main problems related to the forensic investigation of the crimes of homicide.Also, the article highlights the importance of conducting the crime scene investigation and the disposition of the forensic expertise in the case of the forensic investigation of homicide crimes.
