Summary/Abstract: This paper presents and analysis the contribution of Ronald Dworkin, especially with the concept of Secular Sacradness, to the debate and understanding of relationship of Religion and religion rights in secular society. Secular understanding of Sacredness, after his Life′s Dominion, comes to fore in Dworkin′s last, posthumously published book, Religion Without God. In this effort, the foundations of Dworkin’s philosophy of law are expressed in the terms of interpretation and integrity in the methodological-epistemological sense (the constitutional dimension of religious rights) and the terms of autonomy and dignity in the axiological view (philosophical foundation of the discussion).
