Summary/Abstract: The consolidated general budget has always been the key to a sustainable and progressive society, its role being to find the perfect balance between budget expenditure and revenue. The latter contribute in a significant proportion both to the evolution and revitalization of society from an economic, political, social and cultural point of view, and to the construction of a complex financial plan that rises to current standards and even exceeds them. The purpose of this paper is to present the budgetary evolution of Japan, using annual data from 2009-2014. In the first instance, it is noticeable that Japan continues to generate relatively equal revenues to its expenditures, despite its debt exceeding 200% of GDP, each year deepening the volume of public debt that reached already excessive value.
