Summary/Abstract: The quality of education is given by an innovative change-over, always in the search of a diversification of the school functions with the purpose of its development as a centre of resources for students and parents, as well as for other members of the community. The rhythm and the dynamism of the development can emanate from education, because it has the strength and means to educate and instruct mobile and active generations, well-gifted intellectually, capable of getting beyond a renitent social background, where one can still notice sometimes exacerbated prejudice and discrimination.School is a space for diversity, where children from different social cultural background come together, having different ethnos and even different religions. Certain situations involving discrimination are not only unfair, but also immoral and they should not exist in a society which intends to ensure equal rights and chances for all its members.
