Summary/Abstract: The study carefully followed up the functioning of the EPPO, from the procedure of appointing the European Prosecutor versus his investigative attribution, the loyal cooperation with the national authorities, the competence of the EPPO, the problem of the criminal prosecution documents performed by the incompetent prosecutor, the admissibility of the evidence and the judicial control exercised by the national courts.
