Judicial expenses incurred during the criminal prosecution. Theoretical and practical aspects

Summary/Abstract: The author analyzes the regulation of establishing the judicial expenses incurred during the criminal investigation, by referring to both the Code of criminal procedure, the Code of fiscal procedure but also the Regulation of internal order of the prosecutor's offices and the orders of the General Prosecutor. Highlights the stages of establishing, contesting and executing the judicial expenses. At the same time, some problems that arise in practice in relation to the final stay of the payment provisions of the judicial expenses and the way of contesting them by the interested persons are dealt with.
