Summary/Abstract: The use or presentation in bad faith of forged documents under private signature, which resulted in unjustly obtaining funds from the budget of the European Union or from the budgets administered by it or on its behalf, committed by the same person who, as an author or secondary participant, contributed to the forgery, understands the content of the offenses of the use or presentation in bad faith of documents or false, inaccurate or incomplete statements, provided by art. 181 para. (1) of the Law no. 78/2000 for the prevention, discovery and sanctioning of the corruption deeds and the falsification of documents under private signature, as multiple offences provided by art. 322 para. (1) of the Criminal Code.
