Summary/Abstract: To facilitate the professional training of students, more and more companies offer training programs and courses to help students who want to deepen certain areas or simply acquire certain skills or knowledge that will help them in their careers, which he outlines. The present paper addresses at the theoretical level the concept of vocational training, as well as the applicative part - a questionnaire applied among the students, to see their perception of the vocational training courses and what are the criteria underlying the choice of such a course. The recommendations following the analysis are for students, on the one hand, for those who are interested and attend these courses, what kind, of course, to choose, depending on the expected results, and for those interested in attending such a course, to know which are the main axes of skills development that employers want to see a potential candidate.
