On admissibility of combining the mandate of a Deputy with investing on capital markets

Summary/Abstract: Restrictions as regards owning shares by a Deputy do not apply to commercial law companies, where the ownership structure is solely private. However, investing in capital markets by a Deputy each time requires taking into account principles of Deputies’ ethical code. In addition, if the bene t from investment exceeds PLN 380, a Deputy is obliged to include it in the bene t register.
