The Social Service Community Plan Priorities Transformation for the Municipality of Ružomberok for the "Children and Youth" Area with an Emphasis for Inclusion and Early Care for Selected Population Groups at Risks

Summary/Abstract: The article brings new formulation of priorities in the area of social service community planning process implemented by the municipality of Ružomberok, under the act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic no. 448/2008 Coll. on social service, valid for the social policy system of the Slovak Republic. In the qualitative assessment of the current trends of development of the social service, we used the accepted documents of the social service community plan for the municipality of Ružomberok for the years 2015 and 2017. The aim of this article is to interpret the current findings and recommendations for realization of the social service planning process in Ružomberok for the "Children, Youth and Family" work group.
