Summary/Abstract: The commentary addressed the issue of the author’s entitlement to receive compensation for droit de suite. In particular, it clarifies the rules of conduct of the obligated party. The commentary supports the ruling of the Court of Appeal, unifying interpretations regarding the characteristics of the claim for payment submitted on the basis of the droit de suite.
