Summary/Abstract: The topic of this paper is the analysis of relations between three chosen re- search issues: motor behaviour, morphological characteristics and social economic environment of children aged 7 to 11. The results obtained by intercorrelations were treated by regression analysis which showed that parents sport involvement has im- pact on motor abilities of both sexes of children. As factors of social economic and morphological area better describe the total variability of general motor factor of girls than of boys (23% for girls while 4% for boys) it can be concluded that physical ac- tivity and at the same time development of motor abilities of girls is more determined by the impact of social economic factors than of boys.
