Summary/Abstract: The domains of labour, employment and access to resources - equal opportunities in the labour market and economic life in its entirety, are very complex and important for the realization of gender equality as they presuppose the free market economy and the care economy related to education and multi-dimensional access to various economic and social resources which stem from labour. The relation between the social role of a woman, her education, profession and position on the labour market is strong.
