In case presents only one party, the mediator, upon request, will address the other party invitation written in order to inform and acceptance of mediation, with a deadline of 15 days. If one party refuses, in writing explicitly mediation or does not respond to the invitation or not present twice in a row on the dates fixed for signing the mediation, mediation is not acceptable.
