Summary/Abstract: Personal development is performed throughout life and it helps us to make changes and tailor ours. Self‑knowing and the discovery of our own possibilities carried out to find the identity of vocational training. The identity of the vocational training is initially focused on the character features and develops later on the basis of the identity of the skills. One of the main tasks of adolescence is the acquisition of an identity‑not necessarily knowledge has who we are, how to clarify the size of what we can become, a set of interior marks by which the answers makes sense and our decisions are justified.
