Summary/Abstract: State ecclesiastical law is represented in the territory of the Slovak Republic by legal regulations issued by the state and regulating the mutual relations between the state and churches and their legal status in society. In recent years, agreements between churches and the state have become part of state ecclesiastical law in Slovakia.
