Part-owners of lands as participants in the proceedings to permit cutting down trees

Summary/Abstract: This contribution was not intended to solve the problem associated with the issuance of permits for felling trees on land co-owned by several persons. The purpose was to present this problem and discuss in it both possible perspectives on this issue. In this respect, perhaps it has fulfilled its role, and if it provokes a wider discussion, it will help, for example, to finally resolve it. If it is appropriate to express his view of the matter more clearly at the very end, the author leans, despite the above-mentioned reservations, rather to the first of the mentioned variants of the procedure in these proceedings.
