On the issue of the potentials of automated formalisation of material sources of law

Summary/Abstract: As far as I know, no one has yet dealt with the automated processing (formalization) of material sources of law in research into the possibilities of supporting the processing of legal texts in the creation of law. Although the use of computers in this area will seem more sci-fi to experts, on closer examination we find that there are problems that machines could cope with, at least in the sense that they would expand the range of information needed to create rights while facilitating the handling of this information. We will not attempt to investigate all the possibilities of using machines in this area, nor to demonstrate a complete solution for any use, as this would require long-term and in-depth research. We will only limit ourselves to the statement of some possibilities, we will try to find complications that could be associated with the possible use of that option and we will outline some possible solutions.
