Summary/Abstract: The probation and mediation service is a somewhat unknown concept for the public, but all the more interesting, as it is not just about theorizing, but the emphasis is mainly on its application in practice. In particular, these circumstances led me to choose the topic of Probation and Mediation Services as the topic of my diploma thesis.
