The operation of the administration order in the relation to autonomy

Summary/Abstract: The use of the Administrative Procedure Code in proceedings before the bodies of self-governing corporations may bring with it interpretation and application ambiguities, as the Administrative Procedure Code does not take into account the specifics of proceedings in these areas. The purpose of this article is to point out some problems associated with the application of Act No. 71/1967 Coll., On Administrative Procedure (Administrative Procedure Code) in proceedings before local or professional authorities.
