Summary/Abstract: This paper proposes a methodology approach that provides the solution to practical problems of companies in case of the innovation implementation in modern conditions of the economic and legal relations. The approach makes it possible to evaluate a strategy for the innovative development considering components, such as the integral indicator of a company's innovation activities, an integral indicator of innovative capability of a company.
