Application of unified material law regulating international purchase contracts

Summary/Abstract: The impulse to write this article was caused by the resolution of the High Court in Olomouc (7 Cmo 587/2000-147), which cites in the justification and applies to the case a unified regulation of the purchase contract UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Decree No. 160/1991 Sb.). This fact in itself is not so interesting. However, it becomes more interesting, taking into account some facts.
